The case worker position in Alice Springs would suit a motivated experienced case worker looking to build and develop the role. You will have a person-centred approach, focused on providing participants with opportunities to improve their wellbeing, living skills, education, and employability prospects. As an outcome focussed ‘people person’, and with the support of our passionate Supported Bail Accommodation team, you will thrive in your ability to provide holistic, comprehensive case management services with a therapeutic foundation for our participants. Ideally, you will have experience, understanding and success in working in a case management setting with disadvantaged, at-risk Indigenous youth and assisting them to overcome the challenges they face. An ability to practice using a trauma informed and strengths-based approach will be vital to assisting young people in our program to make behavioural changes and plan for their future.
